Code-Barres

Aproz | 2023

The property project

Located west of the village of Aproz, in the municipality of Nendaz, the CODE-BARRES building is nestled in a green setting, in the heart of the orchards of the Rhône plain.

The project is developed according to a sober and contemporary volumetry, composed of two offset buildings, articulated around a central staircase.
This composition creates a dynamic rhythm on the façade and responds to the elongated configuration of the east-west oriented plot.

The living spaces face west to benefit from optimal sunlight at the end of the day.
Large bay windows extended by generous terraces and gardens accentuate the relationship with the outside and natural light.
The more intimate bedrooms are located on the east, north and south sides, ensuring peace and quiet and cool temperatures.

The main façade plays on a graphic language with its irregularly offset white pillars, visually evoking a barcode effect, a nod to the name of the development.

At the rear, an outdoor car park is located to the north, while an access leads to the underground car park.

To the south, a convivial area has been created, dedicated to children’s games and shared green spaces, encouraging interaction between residents.

The building consists of four above-ground levels, housing a total of 14 apartments, designed to offer comfort, functionality and quality of life.
