We had the pleasure of handing over the keys to our seven new owners as part of the Klostra project in Chermignon d’en-Haut.

The building is located in a quiet area on Chemin de Maze, close to the Valais vineyards, and stands out for its modern architecture. The project, whose name is inspired by its metal grid cladding (claustras), offers a subtle interplay of light and privacy on each floor.

From 2.5- to 4.5-room apartments, all units could be individually customized from A to Z by the buyers, thanks to the dedicated support of our PPE service. In the penthouse, the spacious terrace has been fitted with a pergola, which further enhances this outdoor living area.

Thanks to the commitment of our teams and partners, all customers were able to move into their new homes on time.
