Located in Châteauneuf-Sion, between the towns of Sion and Conthey, this residential project is part of a neighbourhood familiar to the Nova Group.
Following on from two buildings already completed nearby, the building is part of an overall plan, respecting the formal and aesthetic codes that define the identity of the place.
The aim is to maintain architectural consistency in terms of layout, volume and architectural style.

The project comprises 16 apartments spread over four floors. The types of apartments range from studios to 3.5-room apartments, with reasonable floor areas offering a balance between comfort and practicality.
Each apartment has an outdoor space, while the penthouses benefit from more generous floor areas and open views of the landscape.

The communal facilities, located to the east of the plot, include an 18-space outdoor car park, three private garages and a playground, contributing to the quality of life of the residents.
